1. Order Processing Time

Our fulfillment time average is 2–5 business days.

2. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email: michelezpen@gmail.com - and include your name/previous address/new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and

destination of the items in the order.

We provide (2) shipping options:

Flat rate Priority Shipping via the USPS. This way is guaranteed and trackable and arrives in 3-7 business days. $7.95 for I’m Speaking Now and $5.20 for Adventures In Gideon.

Please be aware that these delivery times may vary during holiday seasons such as Thanksgiving or Christmas. We are also still in a national pandemic so orders may be delayed.

4. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion that your parcel is being mishandled, lost or truly is missing while in transit, please contact us by email. We will contact the shipping company or postal service to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge.

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as we can.
